About the SGM 2026

The inaugural Annual General Meeting and Conference of the Society for Green Microbiology (SGM) brings together researchers, practitioners, educators, students, and industry partners dedicated to harnessing microbial processes for a sustainable future.

This landmark event will celebrate collective achievements over the past year, set strategic priorities for 2026, and deepen collaboration across academia, government, and the private sector.

  • Elect the first Executive Committee and sub-committee chairs

Call for Abstracts & Posters

We invite submissions of 250-word abstracts for oral and poster presentations on any aspect of green microbiology.
